With the overwhelming closures, boarded up windows and locked doors of 2020 it is great to see a new restaurant pop up in the community. If you happen to like a glass of wine we have a great Date Night or girls night out.
Bin + Board is owned by Ty and Lacey Mathis (YES! The owners of another local favorite, Stein and Vine, which is located right next door) have done it again. They have created a low key, high-vibrational wine and dine experience with unbeatable local fl are. The entire staff, led by Kitchen Manager Frederick Howard, is amazing from the moment they open the door for you, to the detailed information on the food and wine pairings, to the top-notch culinary skills, and the welcoming atmosphere they provide.
Lacey has crafted unique wine flights that change as she gets new and interesting wines in stock. There are many to choose from and any wine lover will be hard pressed not to fall in love. As Lacey was developing her thoughts around this place, she wanted something “chill and not pretentious and a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine”. She wanted something new and different for the area that she would come to herself and would rave about to her friends. Wine is her passion and it shows with all the love she has poured into this venture. Our team has enjoyed this new addition to our community a few times and have been impressed to say the least.
The meat and cheese board options can be customer chosen or you can have a Chef’s Board made with delicious pairings that make your taste buds dance! They also have small plates that change with the season and offer a wide variety of appetizing bites.
