We moved to Florida from Maryland. We were unfamiliar with the area and had a pretty extensive wish list. Luckily, Kate Conrad (of the Tony Baroni team) was knowledgeable about Tampa and its surrounding areas. She considered our wants/needs and helped steer us in the right direction. Once we  narrowed down our location, Kate was extremely patient with us. She showed us any house we asked to look at – one day we looked at ten houses. After deciding on a house, Kate was a great advocate for us. She was diligent and efficient and she always responded to our questions and requests in a timely manner. We appreciate that she was always willing to go out of her way to help. We highly recommend Kate and would definitely use her to buy or sell a house.
