Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Yuri discovered his passion for real estate shortly after graduating from North Carolina A&T State University. What began as an unexpected opportunity quickly became a career dedicated to helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence and peace of mind.
Over the years, Yuri built a strong foundation in the real estate industry through concierge, agent services, and operations leadership roles. Those experiences gave him an in-depth understanding of the systems, communication, and attention to detail required to keep even the most complex transactions moving forward. Along the way, he earned real estate licenses in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., further expanding his industry knowledge and experience.
In 2026, Yuri brought that expertise to Florida and proudly joined the Tony Baroni Team as a Listing Manager. Working alongside sellers, agents, title companies, and cooperating brokers, he helps ensure every listing is managed with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional care from contract to closing. His calm, solutions-focused approach and commitment to proactive communication help create a seamless experience for clients and teammates alike.
Yuri believes every client deserves the same honesty, respect, and guidance he would offer a close friend or family member. Whether coordinating behind the scenes, answering questions, or keeping every detail on track, his focus is always the same: making the process as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible.
Outside of the office, Yuri enjoys discovering Florida’s local restaurants, attending live music and sporting events, exploring museums and parks, traveling with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and spending time on the tennis court.
