Seth has grown up in the area. As a small business owner he is very intune with the local community and has a wealth of knowledge of the area. He has grown up in the real estate business with both of his parents being real estate investors, owning and managing many rentals, as well as his father being a successful real estate agent for over 15 years. This background has given first hand experience since childhood watching and learning from his parents. After graduating high school and attending college, he started a landscape and lawncare business that he built from the ground up and ran for over 2 years. He then decided to follow in his fathers footsteps and become a realtor and in doing so, he realized his true calling: helping buyers and sellers navigate the often complicated but very satisfying journey of home ownership. Seth is extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and will not stop until every client is satisfied.
