They were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that we had during the moving/buying process. They added a personal touch at closing. We would definitely recommend them. But I also Understand the business side. And for time sake to Move things right Along! And as I said before the team is Extremely Friendly, could really tell they were Sincere and Professional- able to Accomplish All that is asked of them and to move things forward! I would Also like to say that I could tell that they really went to bat for me! Fight for me or be Firm when needed when come to negotiation. They were also quick to respond and able to trouble shoot/problem solve as my experience- that doesn’t happen often-had some difficulty with title/title company. That were Amazing and able to Resolve the issue and did so with ease! Making it look easy! And their Communication throughout the whole process is Excellent & Impressive actually! I wouldn’t hesitate to have them as your team in helping you with your Real Estate Needs! I’m actually thinking possibly within a year of looking into another property and will be having them assist me- if this be the case. We were already slightly nervous about doing this process from across the country, but this team knew exactly what they were doing and they did it flawlessly. My little Dream Team! Kate Conroy and Heidi Fenton are your gals! We were 1700 miles away from our new location and they became our eyes, ears & feet on the ground. They are extremely communicative, attentive and willing to help in any way. We had no idea initially what we wanted or where so their patience with us was much appreciated. Once we found ‘the one’, there were numerous challenges with the sellers and Kate took the reins to fight for us and close the deal. The obstacles continued in the final moments of closing leaving Heidi on site on the ‘battle ground’ while we were Zooming with her for our walk-thru and Kate was working her magic to fight for us one last time before the deal was sealed! Kate, Heidi and Chelsea were awesome to work with on our new home purchase in Venice FL. We relocated from out of state and they made the experience very smooth! Provided us referrals of businesses to use upon request. Heidi was so flexible in driving down from Tampa area to show us houses, even on 4th of July! She even made a YouTube video of the house we purchased so we can view it to determine what to move with us or sell/donate. Kate did a great job negotiating the deal that was below what we expected to pay. Now we can put in a pool! Chelsea was great with her follow up in making sure we had all items to close to make it a smooth transaction. Would highly recommend Kate and her team!!
