Having grown up in the DC-Capital region, Dylan was fortunate to learn early on how to thrive in a bustling metropolis while also appreciating and enjoying the slower pace of “country life” in the rolling hills of Western Maryland. He would end up graduating from Salisbury University with a degree in History and Philosophy. Upon graduation, Dylan entered the insurance industry and shortly thereafter started his own successful insurance agency for many years. Yearning to “get out of the office”, he sold his agency to begin a life in real estate. Already owning investment properties, he knew that this was something that was truly calling his name.

After selling Tens of Millions of dollars in real estate in just his first two years, it became apparent that this was what he was meant to do. Dylan lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife, dog, and twin girls. Family is very important to Dylan and coming home every day to see the smiling faces of his children (dog included) makes life that much more amazing.

In his free time, Dylan enjoys going to the beach with his family, watching sports, going to concerts, and smoking meat in the backyard.
