Our experience began with Craig talking through the home selling process as well as the current realities of the Valrico market. Most important to us, Craig was always honest with us about what he thought about our property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Craig always answered out texts and phone calls within 5-10 minutes. Craig proposed an efficient sale process, arranged photographs, gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. The sale went very well–he brought in 29 offers, many above asking price. An offer was excepted within 3 days. Selling process was very smooth and we closed in less than 30 days.
