This challenge was to sell 2 houses and time it to be completed with the closing of a new construction home with a moving closing date. Whether it was always providing timely information, or answering your phone call when you have those difficult questions regardless of the time of day or how busy they are. Or the willingness to take their time to sit at your house with tradesmen or inspectors when your life is too busy to do so, these are the little (big) things this team is willing to do to help your process. I cannot emphasize enough the true pleasure it was to work with Craig, Chelsea, and the countless other staff I worked with on these sales. Now that the process is complete, I can honestly say that I made the right choice in selecting the Tony Baroni team and if I ever need the services of a realtor again and I will say without question there is only one phone number I will dial. FYI, we received an offer for one house in 1 day and another in just over 30. In today’s market that is no easy task. Thanks again for the work you did.
