Ann Marie began her real estate career as a single agent in the suburban Chicago residential market. Since joining The Tony Baroni Team, she has been the Jane of all trades. Coming into a new market in Tampa, she quickly stepped into the Director of Lead Generation managing the Inside Sales Department and increasing conversions for the ISA staff to 73% met to closed on 68% of the transactions. She took on coaching the individual buyer’s agents on the team and is now our Director of Operations as of July 2023.
Her own successful track record in sales and customer relationship management inspired her proven ability to mentor others. Ann Marie is known for being patient and thorough when serving her clients and helping new team members build their businesses. With an education and degree in Social Work/Psychology/Sociology, her approach is always based on active listening, transparency, detail, and a necessary sense of humor.

As a relocation specialist from making 3 significant moves herself, Ann Marie knows first hand what is needed on the leaving and going to a new market.
Having done these moves, Ann Marie jokes that all she needs is to be close to an airport as she prioritizes time spent with her family and friends all around the country – most of whom are willing to come to Florida to escape the northern winters. Ann Marie was born in Brandon, SD and is now a resident of Brandon, FL with her husband and their 3 fur babies.
