My experience before was that I inherited property. This was a new Experience in that buying a house for the First time. The Team (Kate, Heidi, Ashley) All were Great!!! They Helped through the whole process! Answering questions as they do come up. Extremely Friendly & Accommodating! Could tell they were Sincere! Extremely Professional- really Good at what they do! They Definitely accomplished All they were asked to do- Helping me Find exact Home that I was looking for and in the perfect location/neighborhood! My only constructive criticism and this would be my preference is that I prefer more face to face interaction (I’m kind of old-school) so didn’t always feel personal. But I also Understand the business side. And for time sake to Move things right Along! And as I said before the team is Extremely Friendly, could really tell they were Sincere and Professional- able to Accomplish All that is asked of them and to move things forward! I would Also like to say that I could tell that they really went to bat for me! Fight for me or be Firm when needed when come to negotiation. They were also quick to respond and able to trouble shoot/problem solve as my experience- that doesn’t happen often-had some difficulty with title/title company. That were Amazing and able to Resolve the issue and did so with ease! Making it look easy! And their Communication throughout the whole process is Excellent & Impressive actually! I wouldn’t hesitate to have them as your team in helping you with your Real Estate Needs! I’m actually thinking possibly within a year of looking into another property and will be having them assist me- if this be the case. And if I know of anyone looking for a new place-making the move, I Highly Recommend and will be referring them and Sending them their way! Kate, Heidi and Chelsea were awesome to work with on our new home purchase in Venice FL. We relocated from out of state and they made the experience very smooth! Provided us referrals of businesses to use upon request. Heidi was so flexible in driving down from Tampa area to show us houses, even on 4th of July! She even made a YouTube video of the house we purchased so we can view it to determine what to move with us or sell/donate. Kate did a great job negotiating the deal that was below what we expected to pay. Now we can put in a pool! Chelsea was great with her follow up in making sure we had all items to close to make it a smooth transaction. Would highly recommend Kate and her team!!
