The challenge presented to the Tony Baroni Team was not an easy one. In fact a couple of other realtors I had talked to balked at the challenge. This challenge was to sell 2 houses and time it to be completed with the closing of a new construction home with a moving closing date. Craig Kellner not only accepted the challenge but gave me the reassurance right away that he would get it done and that is exactly what he did. Throughout the entire process he was a steadfast ally that worked tirelessly to complete our home sales and coordinated move out dates that were right on the mark for our big move. If you just look at the production value the Tony Baroni Team provided, like quality listings complete with beautiful pictures, videos, and informative captions or the true understanding of the market and how to approach the selling of your property. These reasons alone show why they are a top-notch agency and one you should look to work with. But the real value comes in the extras that the staff provide. Whether it was always providing timely information, or answering your phone call when you have those difficult questions regardless of the time of day or how busy they are. Or the willingness to take their time to sit at your house with tradesmen or inspectors when your life is too busy to do so, these are the little (big) things this team is willing to do to help your process. I cannot emphasize enough the true pleasure it was to work with Craig, Chelsea, and the countless other staff I worked with on these sales. Now that the process is complete, I can honestly say that I made the right choice in selecting the Tony Baroni team and if I ever need the services of a realtor again and I will say without question there is only one phone number I will dial. FYI, we received an offer for one house in 1 day and another in just over 30. In today’s market that is no easy task. Thanks again for the work you did.

Our agent Craig Kellner is truly an exceptional agent. His professionalism, patience, kindness and level of knowledge on the forever changing marketplace are why we’ve utilized his services twice (buying and selling of homes). He is always available when we have questions or concerns and the most patient agent I’ve worked with. Craig’s responsiveness to us if we a leave message is a quick 5 minute call back. We couldn’t ask for more with his communication and it’s a quality you appreciate when buying/selling a home. He is there for any situation that comes up (big or small) and has a calming way of walking us through the process. We had a situation in that we moved out of state before the home closing and relied on Craig to step in and handle the issues prior to closing the deal. We didn’t have time to remove the (old) washer from the home as the buyer didn’t want it nor change the locks prior to our move. There were other issues with documents and an extension request of the contract. Craig was able to walk us through the document issue and took care of other issues for us in no time. When you are ready to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend Craig Kellner as your agent. It can be stressful buying/selling a home and the stress level during the process with Craig drops significantly and he’s always on your side for any questions or concerns you may have big or small. In the end you’ll be very happy that you were in great hands with Craig Kellner. He was such a pleasure to work with.

Craig and the team were great. We were selling just when the market was starting to slow down. Craig worked with us to get a game plan and time line during the sale. We had to drop the price a couple or 3 times but we were keep informed of the market and what was actually happening out there. I always felt he had our back and represented us fairly. Selling a house can be stressful and time consuming but not with Craig and his wonderful team (Chelsea & Luis)! My husband and I had wonderful experiences with both homes we’ve sold in the past year. Craig and his team are very knowledgeable and address every minute detail immediately. Every question we had was researched and answered right away, regardless of the time of day. Both houses sold within days with zero stress for us. Craig is very professional and personable. He always has a smile on his face and his work ethic is unparalleled.
