Chris Jossi and his assistants were there to guide us through every step of the process. We were purchasing our first new construction home AND moving to a new state, so Chris was an incredible asset. His office is in the Tampa area but he is very familiar with the surrounding area. We bought in Ocala, a 1½ hour drive away, and Chris was there to help. We highly recommend Chris!

Chris Jossi has gone above and beyond before, during, and after the purchase of our new home. We closed on our home in Riverview about 4 days before Hurricane Ian hit, but we could not make it down from our previous home out of state in time to prep our new house. Chris offered to put up our storm shutters for us even though closing was complete and he technically had no further obligation to us. After the storm he even went a step further to inspect the house for us to ensure no damage. Incredibly kind of him to do all that amid his obligations to his own family during an emergency. We are very thankful to have had Chris recommended to us!

Chris Jossi done an outstanding job finding me a new home. He listened to what and where I wanted the perfect home. Homes move quick and there is not a lot of time to act on the right home. Once found, Chris was quick to get the contract written correctly and submitted. He followed through from searching to closing. The real challenge was getting the work done after the inspection for closing. With Chris’ negotiating expertise the seller decided to install a new AC system at their cost. Chris worked closely on issues with title on the seller’s side and pushed for resolution, and credit for an extended rental I had to stay in. Lauri Magie was also a blessing to have on this closing. Coordinating the events of the sale, follow up with inspections, survey and the issues pertaining to the title insurance. The “stand-out” with Laurie is the follow up and updates I would regularly receive. I never had to go looking for my answers. Laurie would follow up and update regularly without being asked or returning a message. Unheard of these days! I will credit both Chris, and Lauri with responsive attitudes, willingness to do their job, and the courtesy of communicating in all modes. They both made time to listen, made phone calls, and verbally communicated. I never felt like an item that was checked of their list for the day. We were purchasing from out of state. We worked with Chris, he was always on top of making sure we were able to see the properties we were interested in, and he was always available. After having an agent in the past that was difficult to get ahold of, it made this such a pleasant experience especially because we were working on strict timelines, and only had certain windows of opportunity to view properties in person. We ended up purchasing a home we saw via video conference, and I had all the confidence Chris knew what we were looking for, especially after already spending a weekend, the month prior, looking at homes with him.
